Tania is a Property Communications specialist with 16 years experience both in-house and agency side, and a solid reputation for targeting global HNW audiences, with impeccable international contacts across all relevant sectors of the media. Prior to setting up Maison Communications in 2017, Tania held a position on the board of LUCHFORD APM and was ‘Head of Property’ for seven years, leading in Property, International Design, Travel and Luxury Lifestyle brands, and member of PRCA. Before this Tania was in-house at Knight Frank for four years.

Henrietta is a property and lifestyle communications expert with over 10 years experience both in an agency and in house. With a MA in Real Estate Management, Henrietta moved into communications starting her PR career at lifestyle consumer agency SALT, then LUCHFORD APM (with Tania) and managed development accounts including The Lakes by yoo, The Lancasters, Oliver Burns and Ten Trinity Square. Henrietta then became Senior PR Manager at Hamptons International where she headed up their Sales, Lettings & Residential Development & Investment communications team. Increasing Hamptons International’s press cuttings by 40% year on year, Henrietta is passionate about brand building, profile raising and place making both from a corporate and consumer perspective to ensure powerful messaging across a range of target media.

Since launching Maison Henrietta has spearheaded high profile campaigns for HomeViews, The Modern House, The Buying Solution, Rathbone Square, Marsh & Parsons (new homes and branch network), Mr and Mrs Clarke, Banda and interior designers Bowler James Brindley, Angel O’Donnell and Laura Hammett. Toyah is an experienced communications professional with a particular passion for Property, Retail and Luxury Lifestyle brands.

She has worked at some of London’s top agencies, beginning her career at FTI Consulting, where she trained in corporate, financial and crisis communications before gaining her luxury lifestyle and consumer credentials at LUCHFORD APM. Toyah also has valuable in-house experience, having spent two years in the Press Office at Battersea Power Station where she led the consumer communications campaign for the largest regeneration project in Europe.

Her client experience includes Almacantar, Banda, British Land, Great Portland Estates, Grosvenor, Lendlease, Finchatton, Morpheus, Six Senses Residences Courchevel, Grace Hotels and many more.

Louise has 25 years’ experience in the luxury PR arena gained at top international communications agencies including M&C Saatchi and Fleishman-Hillard but has been operating on a private client basis since 2005.

Notable past clients include: One & Only, Formula One, Wimbledon, HRH The Prince of Wales, for whom she organised a press launch for one of his environmental projects at Clarence House.

Louise also has property experience with Christie’s International Real Estate globally, Lodha and Ronson Capital.

She has built a strong industry reputation for developing and implementing award winning PR programmes for a wide range of global consumer brands such as Mars Incorporated (Comic Relief, Maltesers and M&M’s) and Proctor and Gamble. Today she is working with Maison Comms as a lifestyle consultant running international lifestyle PR for Arksen, Rolex Golf and Rolex Equestrian, and Volvo Car UK.

Louise Pearson

Jennifer is a senior built environment communications specialist, expert in devising and implementing nuanced brand narratives and communications strategies for wholly new neighbourhoods and areas of significant regeneration.

Jennifer has gained her experience through in-house and consultancy roles, including three years heading up corporate communications for Ballymore. She oversaw communications across the UK portfolio, which included collaborating with colleagues to launch the ‘viral’ Sky Pool at Embassy Gardens. She also led community engagement at The Brentford Project. Initiatives included a three-month cultural festival, which attracted 3,000 visitors. The festival culminated in the project’s sales launch, which was the most successful residential launch of 2019 (as reported by Molior). Clients include Lendlease, Berkeley Group, Nine Elms on the South Bank, and Cala Homes. Jennifer has a personal interest in the art world and has worked on many public art launches, including Yinka Shonibare's Wind Sculpture at Howick Place, the Random International work at Albert Embankment (part of Art Night 2018), and most recently with Maison Comms Chelsea Creek’s Lorne McKean and Tanya Russell with Rachel de Thame.

Tilly Balfe joined Maison in 2020 from Knight Frank’s PR team. She started her career at Hamptons International, where she spent three years covering sales and lettings both across the UK and internationally, regularly securing coverage in leading national publications. More recently, Tilly’s role as PR manager at Knight Frank involved supporting the international teams and devising a PR strategy for the finance and consultancy teams.

Prior to starting her career in PR, Tilly gained strong experience in journalism, interning at Vogue, The Telegraph and Porter magazine by Net-a-Porter.

After climbing the career ladder, she set up as a freelance PR consultant in 2006 and went on to establish a niche agency specialising in property in 2008 (Foundation PR Ltd). A corporate communications specialist and former national newspaper editor with more than 20 years’ experience working in financial services. Since January 2020, Paul has been a PR & Communications consultant for Maison Comms working on strategic projects, product launches, campaigns and content for clients including Vala Capital, focusing on raising the company’s profile and promoting fund launches. Paul spent 12 years at the Telegraph Media Group where he was latterly personal finance editor for both its daily and Sunday titles. In 2012, Paul joined Coutts & Co in a new role to steer the bank towards a consistent, client-centric approach for its wealth and investment communications and in 2014 in joined Woodford Investment Management to oversee its media relations.
