Tania has a solid reputation for targeting global HNW audiences, with impeccable international contacts across all sectors of the media. Previously Board Director and head of the property division at LUCHFORD and prior to that Head of Residential PR at Knight Frank, Tania has represented many leading industry names and knows exactly what makes a good story. HENRIETTA HARWOOD-SMITH

Henrietta is a property and lifestyle communications expert with over 10 years experience. With an MA in Real Estate Management, Henrietta worked at Luchford APM and then as a Senior PR Manager at Hamptons International where she gained expertise across the sales, lettings and residential development and investment divisions both in the UK and overseas working with developers such as Northacre and Berkeley Homes. Helping to increase Hamptons International’s press coverage by 40 per cent year on year, Henrietta’s main focus areas are profile raising, place making and brand building amongst both corporate and consumer audiences. She set up her own consultancy in 2014 where she has been working with the likes of nationwide estate agent Humberts, the Marsh & Parsons new homes division and buying agency Haringtons. With an interest in all things health and wellness Henrietta has launched global first restaurant Vita Mojo within the UK and international press.
