Tania is a Communications specialist with over 20 years experience and a solid reputation for targeting global HNW audiences, with impeccable international contacts across all relevant sectors of the media and within the luxury lifestyle, property and design industry. Experience includes corporate and consumer representation for Banda, The Buying Solution, Berkeley St James St George, Sotheby's International Real Estate, including Becky Fatemi's personal profile, Conran & Partners, Echlin, Angel O'Donnell, Almacantar, Wainbridge, Charles Marlow, Marsh & Parsons and more. 

Tania held previous roles in house at Knight Frank and as a Board Director at leading consumer PR agencies working with Finchatton, British Land, Grosvenor, Christie’s International Real Estate, yoo global, Reignwood / KOP, Ronson Capital, Morpheus, Sellar, Domvs / JP Morgan (The Park Bel Air, LA), Calaconta Ibiza, Lodha, Oliver Burns, CIT, and Candy & Candy. Tania, along with the whole team at Maison, is fascinated and inspired by the people, personalities and drivers behind brands, however big or small, and getting under the skin of what makes them stand out, then helping them amplify their messaging and forge collaborations in an impactful and meaningful way which helps cut through the noise and generates results.

Henrietta is a property and lifestyle communications expert with decades of experience both agency side and in house. With a MA in Real Estate Management, Henrietta took the communications route and in her early career managed media strategies for the likes of The Lakes by yoo and The Lancasters. Henrietta moved ‘in house’ to Hamptons International where she headed up their International Sales, Lettings & Residential Development & Investment communications team and increased their press coverage by 40% year on year.

Since launching and building Maison Henrietta has spearheaded high profile campaigns and ongoing media relations for the likes of Edo Mapelli Mozzi’s Banda, The Modern House, The Buying Solution, JDS Development Group (USA), St George, Domus Nova, Charles Marlow, Mr & Mrs Clarke, Lindsay Cuthill’s Blue Book Agency and a host of interior designers and architects including De Rosee Sa, Penrose Tilbury and SPAN NYC. Henrietta is passionate about brand building, profile raising and place making both from a corporate and consumer perspective to ensure powerful messaging across a range of target media. She has been appointed on the committee of The Bamford Club, a wellness focused members club in The Cotswolds and as a founder of Maison (with Tania) is in PR Week’s top ten luxury goods communicators list together with their ‘Power Book’.

Henrietta Harwood-SMITH, CO-FOUNDER

Toyah is an experienced communications professional with a particular passion for Property, Interior Design and Luxury Lifestyle brands. She has worked at some of London’s top agencies, beginning her career at FTI Consulting, where she trained in corporate, financial and crisis communications before gaining her luxury lifestyle and consumer credentials at LUCHFORD APM.

Toyah also has valuable in house experience, having spent two years in the Press Office at Battersea Power Station where she led the consumer communications campaign for the largest regeneration project in Europe. Her experience includes interior design studios; Christian Bense, Angel O’Donnell, De Rosee Sa and Charlton Brown and from a development perspective; British Land, Great Portland Estates, Grosvenor, Lendlease, Finchatton, Morpheus, Six Senses Residences Courchevel, Grace Hotels and many more. Toyah’s combination of agency and in-house experience means she is able to very quickly get under the skin of a client, recognise their needs and devise and implement impactful strategies to help them achieve their goals

Tim brings to the team over 12 years’ PR and communications experience, working across a range of property, lifestyle and consumer brands, in award-winning PR agencies and leading in-house teams. Prior to joining Maison Communications, Tim was the head of National PR for Savills, where he launched some of the UK’s most historically and architecturally significant homes across luxury lifestyle UK and international press.

Tim has developed and executed media campaigns working with internationally renowned entertainment personalities, interior designers and royal households, and prior to Savills, Tim also worked on the PR launch of the OWO Residences by Raffles. Beyond traditional PR, Tim understands the changing nature of audiences and the importance of building brands through integrated marketing campaigns. Tim has experience working with both established, global organisations, as well as new and growing businesses.

Louisa  is a Property and Design PR professional with over nine years experience in the industry. Having worked at two of the capital’s most prestigious PR agencies, Louisa’s client base has ranged from world leading developers and interior designers to high-end London based estate agents and buying agents. Campaigns include some of the capital’s most iconic new build residential schemes including One Tower Bridge and South Bank Tower, in which world-class design played a vital role in the communications strategy.

Clients have included: Murude, Studio Vero, Charlton Brown, De Rosee Sa, Berkeley Homes, Capco, CIT, Grace Hotels (Grace St. Moritz), Dukelease, Design Haus Liberty, Oliver Burns, Charles McDowell, Property Vision, Douglas & Gordon, Cluttons, John Taylor, WA Ellis, BMB Investment Limited and Orion. Louisa has also achieved successful collaborations for high-end residential projects with luxury brands including Porsche, Garrard and Chopard, helping increase exposure amongst HNW target audiences.
